From the airport: turn right on to the B6 and stay on this road up to Windhoek (around 40 km). On the outskirts of town is a T junction; turn right on to Sam Nujoma Drive. Follow this all the way through town, roughly three km, until Beethoven Street. Turn right after passing under the railway bridge, on the third road on the right. Continue up to the stop sign with John Meinert, cross straight over and then Rivendell is the second house on the right.
From the north on the B1: take the exit marked Khomasdal / Windhoek West. This meets Florence Nightingale on the left - take the left and at the top of the hill, turn right on to Beethoven Street. Rivendell is about a kilometre along this road on the left, just before the junction with John Meinert.
From the south: keep straight (the B1 turns into Auas Road on the outskirts of town - do not follow the B1 bypass off to the left) until a major intersection just after Eros Airport. Go straight at this intersection which becomes Hosea Kutako. Keep on this road for a couple of km until Sam Nujoma Drive, and turn left. Turn right almost immediately on Beethoven Street. Follow Beethoven until the stop sign with John Meinert, cross straight over and Rivendell is the second house on the right.
