This small hotel is located less than a five minute walk from the centre of Windhoek, and is surprisingly peaceful due to being located in a cul-de-sac. There is a lush garden area behind the main accommodation building with a swimming pool, and for colder winter nights, there is a cosy lounge with a fire place. Like many Namibian establishments, there is a German influence to this hotel and it is popular with German tour operators.

Late check may be allowed, subject to availability - guests should enquire at reception, or at the time of booking.

Children five years of age or younger staying with two full paying adults stay for free. If children between the ages of six and 12 share a triple room with two full paying adults, the cost is N$ 750 per room, and if children between the ages of six and 12 share a four-bed room with two full paying adults, the cost is N$ 820 per room.

Cancellation notice of seven days or less / no show results in a fee equalling 100 % of the total booking cost; notice of between 14 and eight days results in a fee equalling 75 % of the total booking cost; notice of between 21 and 15 days results in a fee equalling 50 % of the total booking cost and notice of between 28 and 22 days results in a fee equalling 25 % of the total booking cost.
