Understated elegance, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service are the main reasons this boutique hotel is so popular. It is a great start to a trip around Namibia.

There's an open plan kitchen and sitting area with a fire-place that adds to the warm, comfortable feel, especially on winter nights. The covered veranda is a great spot to enjoy a cool drink or a meal during the hot summer months. Unlike many smaller establishments, lunches and dinners can be ordered, which is especially convenient for those arriving off a long-haul flight. More recently, a wellness room has been added where a variety of spa treatments are on offer. There is also a Jacuzzi and a plunge pool.

The decor in the rooms is simple and modern. Slippers and robes are provided. It is set in a tranquil part of town, but still only a kilometre from the town centre. There is also secure parking both at the front and back of the property.

Late check-outs may be allowed on request subject to availability.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Children less than six years old stay free of charge if sharing with two adults; six to 12 year olds are charged N$ 400 if sharing with two adults, and children over the age of 12 are charged full adult rates. Children sharing with a single adult are charged full adult rates.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made between 28 and 15 days before the booked arrival date, 25 % of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee; if cancellation is made between 14 and eight days before the booked arrival date, 50 % of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee; and if cancellation is made less than seven days before the booked arrival date, 100 % of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
