Guesthouse Terra Africa

Rolf and his team who run Terra Africa are the perfect hosts and make guests feel very much at home in this small, cosy guest house.  The emphasis is on comfortable simplicity, both in the rooms and the common areas. The ten rooms are all individually decorated in warm African tones. The recliners by the pool are the perfect place to enjoy a sun-downer drink on the deck, or one could relax with a good book by the fire.

Terra Africa was the first guesthouse to embrace the idea of showcasing the artwork of Namibia and neighbouring countries, and there is a permanent collection on the premises, as well as regular exhibitions and sales. Pieces that are up for sale are clearly marked and displayed around the establishment.

Olympia is about a ten minute drive into the town centre, so it is generally advisable that people have their own transport when staying there; or they will have to use taxis to get around.

Late check may be allowed, subject to availability - guests should enquire at reception, or at the time of booking.

Children five years of age or younger staying with a full paying adult stay for free. Children between the ages of six and 12 sharing with a full paying adult are charged N$ 202.61 per child including breakfast. Children in their own room are charged adult rates.

Cancellation notice of ten days or less / no show results in a fee equalling 100 % of the total booking cost; notice of between 15 and 11 days results in a fee equalling 75 % of the total booking cost; and notice of between 30 and 16 days results in a fee equalling 50 % of the total booking cost.
