Wild Dog and Crazy Kudu Safaris has close to 50 employees, all of whom are Namibian, and they place special importance on trying to provide opportunities to previously disadvantaged people. Their training program for assistance guides is extensive and through this process produces skilled and experienced guides. With unemployment being a critical problem in Namibia and with tourism a growing industry, this greatly helps local people build a sustainable future for themselves.
